Job Description

We are looking to hire a competent and skilled DevOps Engineer who will be involved in various stages of each product's lifespan and should remain abreast of technological advancements to promote efficiency within the organization. This role will require a demonstrated level of leadership, constant communication with stakeholders while embracing agile practices, constant yearning for new learnings on global FinTech trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Improve infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring efforts.
• Dive deep to resolve problems at their root, looking for failure patterns amenable  to long-term solutions via simplification and automation.
• Avoid reinventing the wheel and prefer appropriately simple, repeatable solutions  over more complex and failure-prone ones.
• Develop appropriate metrics to demonstrate performance at improving   operational efficiency.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in documentation, testing, security, operation  and support at scale, and efficient use of resources.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting including, performing root cause analysis  for preventative analysis.
