Job Description

1. Work closely with the COO to develop and fine-tune the Company’s strategy including growth opportunities into new territories and new product applications. 

2. Supervise the Customer Support team, and optimize the workflows and structure of the team.

3. Be involved in new product launches from an operational perspective, understanding both the operational constraints and requirements from partners as part of the product built. 

4. Build the internal process and scale them as a new product becomes a reality.  

5. Enhance the system of operational compliance of new and existing users and evolve the product to achieve this across all our services.   

6. Work effectively with partner companies and related government agencies to ensure smooth integration of services and effective delivery of operations. Create an atmosphere that encourages innovation, accountability, teamwork, and excellence. 


1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field. 

2. MBA preferred   

3. 5+ years of experience in a fintech or banking  

4.  3+ years of management experience
