How do I become an agent/create a Bankly wallet?

Kindly go to www.bankly.ng/business Click on get a business account and complete the account opening form. A welcome email is sent to your registered email address.

How do I access the app?

Download the Bankly Agent App from Play store/Appstore. Tap on sign up. Input and upload all the required documents and details. A welcome email is sent to your registered email address. Access the email and click on the link provided. Use the temporary password for the first attempt and create a new password. Then proceed to the downloaded app to login and start operations.

Do I need to pay to become an agent? 

It is free to register on Bankly as an Agent, however it isn’t for terminal request. 

How do I fund my wallet?  

Do you have a mobile app or POS?  On the mobile app, look to the top right and you will see your AMPERSAND account number.  From your bank App, kindly send money into that account and select the bank. Your wallet will be funded automatically. 

TRANSACTION PIN - How to set up transaction pin

• Login to your mobile App • Tap on the three strokes on the upper left corner. • Proceed to settings. • Tap on set up transaction pin. • Create a 4 digits transaction pin and confirm it. • Then tap on submit to finish.

TRANSFER - Is transfer free on bankly? 

Agents are charged 25 naira when they transfer to other banks.   While transferring from a Bankly wallet to another Bankly wallet is free. 

How to transfer on bankly (Bankly to Bankly)

• Tap on send money.  • Tap on Bankly Transfer  • Input the receiver registered phone number and confirm the name.  • Input the amount.  • Tap on transfer and input your transaction pin.
