What makes the Bankly app unique?

Unlike every other banking app, the Bankly app has unique features that enable users to earn as they spend, pay bills and save with their accounts.

How do I become a Bankly customer?

• The first step is to Download the Bankly App on Play Store or App Store, • Tap to launch the app. • Input a valid number [Number must be linked to BVN] • Input the verification code sent to your phone number. • Input your information (Date of Birth, First name, Last name, other names) • Take a selfie. • Create a passcode. • Tap on Submit.  

How do I upgrade my account from Tier 1 to Tier 2 and 3?

What is my transaction limit?

• Tier 1 has a max debit per transaction of 5000 and daily debit limit of 50,000. • Tier 2 has a max debit per transaction of 100,000 and daily debit limit of 200,000. • Tier 3 has a max debit per transaction of 1,000,000 and daily debit limit of 5,000,000.

How do I get my transaction history?

• Login into your account on the app. • Tap on view transactions on your dashboard to see your transactions list/history.

How to recover passcode

• Open the App   • Input the registered phone number.  • Tap on Proceed >> Recover passcode. • Input the OTP sent to the registered phone number. • Input the New passcode and Confirm the New passcode. • Tap on continue.

How to create transaction pin

• Login to your dashboard   • Tap More >> Security. • Create Pin   • Tap Continue.  

How to change transaction pin  

• Login to your dashboard   • Tap More >> Security >> Pin. • Input current pin. • Input a new pin and confirm the pin. • Tap change pin.  

How to recover pin

• Login to your dashboard   • Tap More >> Security >> Pin >> recover pin. • Input registered phone number. • Input OTP sent to the phone number. • Take Selfie and Verify • Tap Continue   • Create a new pin and confirm the pin. • Create Pin.
